From purchase to first scan, everything is designed to be simple, emotional, and memorable.

The buyer orders the jewel
The jewel is selected online and prepared with its setup QR code.

After delivery, setup begins
The QR code delivered with the jewel opens the setup flow (theme, intentions, message, voice).

The jewel is sealed
At the end of setup, the jewel is sealed permanently. The buyer only needs to gift it.

The recipient scans and listens
The person receiving the jewel scans it via NFC to hear the configured message. 10 listens are included before top-up.

- NFC is enabled by default.
- Unlock your phone.
- Bring the top of your phone close to the jewel for 1-2 seconds.
- Tap the notification to open the message.
If nothing happens, move your phone slightly across the jewel surface: NFC antenna position varies by model.
